Nigerian fashion designer, June Ebube brings you her "Empress-ion" lookbook for 2014. With key shapes and silhouettes that fits the modern woman, this "ready-to-wear" lookbook allows simplicity and colour to speak.

In my quest for a fresh, chic and affordable Nigerian ready-to-wear brand, I came across Suchille Clothings. The pieces are simple, young and innocent in form yet daring enough to awaken the female body; what else could a girl ask for?

Established just two years ago, celebrities like Yvonne Vixen Ekwere, Damilola Adegbite, Isio Wanogho, Mercy Aigbe, Ruby Gyang have all rocked Suchille pieces. The brand has also participated in well known events and shows in the country, some of which include THE MAKING SEASON 1, THE LAGOS STYLE WEEK, THE NIGERIA TELEVISION FASHION SHOW.

D.E.A.T LAGOS S/S 2013 COLLECTION LOOKBOOK

Nigerian designer Ejiro Amos Tafari, whose line is also her name has been around for some time, and I have always loved her work. It is with great joy in my heart that I type this post because she now has a diffusion line called D.E.A.T Lagos. She teamed up with her best friend Diana Ubah to create this fun, girly yet egdy and sophisticated ready to wear collection.

 I love how they cleverly mixed materials together to form these interesting pieces and the colour coordination is also very well mixed and matched. Check on the rest of this awesome collection
